Warranty

We have 5 year warranty for the composite decking tiles, 1 year for steel shelving.  Please provide us with Proof of the original purchase to support your claim.

If your decking tiles were installed as per our instructions ( Must be installed on a flat and relatively even and hard surface), used in a conventional way, within 30 days of installation, we will replace the defective product if it cracks, splinters, bows, suffers an infestation of wood borers or termites. It is the responsibility of the owner to pay for costs associated with labour of replacing and shipping the product.

Our Five Year warranty does not cover, and we are not responsible for any conditions caused by the following:

Normal wear and tear by exposure to the sunlight & weather such as scratching, fading, discolouring, accumulating dirt or stains and non structural cracks or splits.

Slight variations in colour.

Physical or natural disaster damages.

Damage caused by being exposed to rust, solvents, barbecues, heavy duty cleaners or fires.

Improper installation by not following our installation guidelines. 

Not using the product in a conventional way or as per local building codes.

Environmental influences such as air pollution, mould, dirt, grease etc.

Inappropriate handling, storage, abuse or neglecting of our products by not following our guidelines.

Five Year Warranty claims will be subject to our overseas suppliers digression.

Warranty

2-Year Warranty for: Shelving units and Workbenches.
The warranty period starts from the original purchase date and is valid under normal usage conditions.
Certain items (e.g., consumables, clearance products) are excluded from warranty coverage.

This warranty applies to the following situations (Please submit a claim within 30 days from the purchase date):
Manufacturing defects – including welding faults, assembly mistakes, or hardware problems that impact functionality.
Structural issues – such as the failure of frames, uprights, or beams when used under recommended load conditions.
Component defects – defective parts or accessories that were part of the original purchase. We will offer a free repair, replacement part, or complete product replacement.

The following items are not covered by our warranty:
Rust or corrosion resulting from moisture, humidity, or inadequate storage conditions.
Improper use – such as overloading, incorrect assembly, or utilizing the product beyond its intended purpose (e.g., in outdoor or wet environments).
Cosmetic damage – including scratches, dents, or discoloration that do not impair functionality.
Normal wear and tear over time.
Modifications or repairs conducted by unauthorized third parties or self-repairs.
